  • Caption It: When sharing your masterpiece on social media, include a short caption that tells us more about your inspiration and what you love about learning.

Some Very Important T's and C's to Remember

This User Agreement and Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") governs your participation in the #LearnWithEquazen competition campaign (the "Competition") organised by Soho Flordis International ("Soho Flordis International," "we," or "us"). By entering the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Please read this Agreement carefully before participating in the #LearnWithEquazen Competition.

Eligibility:
1.1 While participants must be under the age of 18 and in primary school, entrants must be over the age of 18. Therefore, a parent or legal guardian must enter the Competition on behalf of a participant.
1.2 Employees of Soho Flordis International, their immediate family members, and anyone else professionally associated with the Competition are not eligible to enter.

Data Collection and Usage:
2.1 By entering the Competition, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data by Soho Flordis International and its third parties. We may use this data for remarketing purposes and may share it with third parties for marketing and promotional activities related to our products and services.
2.2 We will handle your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Digital Privacy Policy.

Prize and Competition Modifications:
3.1 Soho Flordis International reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, or modify any prizes or the Competition as a whole, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
3.2 In the event of cancellation or modification, Soho Flordis International will not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by entrants or participants.

Disqualification:
4.1 Failure to complete all the required steps to enter the Competition will result in automatic disqualification.
4.2 Soho Flordis International reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of the terms and conditions, including but not limited to, providing false information or engaging in any fraudulent activity.

Intellectual Property:
5.1 By entering the Competition, you grant Soho Flordis International a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your entry in any media for promotional purposes without any further compensation to you.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Soho Flordis International South Africa operates.
6.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
